One of the key challenges in designing Harbor View Residence was balancing the dramatic coastal exposure with the need for comfort and durability. The site’s open position meant addressing strong winds, salt air, and shifting light conditions, while still maintaining expansive views of the ocean.

Careful material selection, strategic orientation, and refined detailing allowed us to create a home that feels both protected and open—resilient enough for its environment, yet warm and inviting inside.
